Dr. Chun-Yen Chang<\/a> and Dr. Hsin-Kai Wu<\/a> in the Graduate Institute of Science Education are listed on the honor roll of the World\u2019s Top 2% Scientists 2020.<\/p>\n

The World\u2019s Top 2% Scientists was developed and established by the Standford University in the United States using the data housed in the Scopus database. To be listed on the honor roll of the World\u2019s Top 2% Scientists, the following citation metrics are considered: (1) total citations; (2) Hirsch h-index; (3) coauthorship-adjusted Schreiber hm-index; (4) number of citations to papers as single author; (5) number of citations to papers as single or first author; and (6) number of citations to papers as single, first, or last author.<\/p>\n

According to the 2021 version published this year, there were nearly 8,000,000 scientists classified into 20 scientific fields and 176 subfields. Ultimately, as a result, 180,000 scientists were selected based on the above citation metrics and listed on the honor roll of the World\u2019s Top 2% Scientists.<\/p>\n

Dr. Chun-Yen Chang<\/a> and Dr. Hsin-Kai Wu<\/a> are included on the honor roll of both the career-long impact list and the single year impact list.<\/p>\n
